Delicious night of custom craft brews and seasonal dishes awaits guests

 

Golden Lamb, in the heart of historic downtown Lebanon, Ohio, is partnering with Fig Leaf Brewing Company for an exclusive beer dinner, starting at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Golden Lamb, 27 S. Broadway St., Lebanon, Ohio 45036.

The evening will feature five food courses created by Golden Lamb Chef Nick Roudebush and his culinary team, complimented perfectly by a selection of brews from Fig Leaf, a rising star in the local craft brewery scene based in Middletown, Ohio. The menu includes:

  • Locally Raised Crispy Devilled Eggs with crispy chicken skin and Beluga caviar; paired with Pride of CinDay British Best Bitter
  • Spring Vegetable Salad with dried apricots, local Sky Haven Farms ham and tripel pesto emulsion; paired with Sous La Table Belgian Tripel
  • Spicy Gulf Shrimp with Wiesenberger pimento cheese grits, Andouille sausage and fried okra; paired with ISO-Trope IPA
  • Herb-Dijon Crusted Lamb Loin with squash purée and brown ale lamb jus; paired with Acer Brunus brown ale
  • Chocolate Porter Cake with malted crème anglaise; paired with Ponderous Porter

Representatives from Fig Leaf Brewing Company will join us to discuss each beer with guests as they taste the pairings.

Seating is limited. Reservations are required and can be made by calling Golden Lamb at (513) 932-5065. Reservations are $55 per person, including tax and gratuity.
