Dinner with History: Abraham Lincoln's Ties to Lebanon

Posted on: March 21, 2019

Join Golden Lamb Historian John Zimkus at the Golden Lamb on Saturday, April 6 for a lecture that looks at our beloved 16th President’s many ties to Lebanon and Warren County. From his relatives — both past and the present — to the individuals who were his political inspirations and colleagues, and his train ride through Warren County on the way to his first inauguration in February 1861, Abraham Lincoln was no stranger to the area. And, although Honest Abe never visited the Golden Lamb, the historic inn has several connections to him that will also be explored.

The Golden Lamb will be offering one seating on April 6 for this unique three-course dinner and lecture at 6:30 p.m.

The evening menu is based on Lincoln's favorite foods.
