Welcome Steve Fritz to Our Team
As we approach our 219-year anniversary this December, we are excited to announce the addition of Steve Fritz as General Manager of the Golden Lamb.
With more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Steve is a dynamic team player with a proven record of exceeding guest expectations and developing staff to accommodate guest needs. His focus on enhancing the guest experience in both the restaurant and hotel will complement the talented culinary team additions made earlier this year.
Steve and his wife, Amy, live in Lebanon, Ohio and have deep ties to the community of Lebanon. Steve’s son A.J. graduated from Lebanon High School, and Steve’s sister-in-law was a Lebanon High School literature teacher for more than 20 years.
“The Golden Lamb is the cornerstone of Downtown Lebanon, and I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to focus my professional skills on continuing to build the legacy of the Golden Lamb and the broader community,” Steve said. “I am excited to carry on a long tradition of delighting guests.”
In assuming the role held by Bill Kilimnik since 2011, Steve will manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and hotel while looking forward to ensure that the Golden Lamb continues to be an anchor in the Lebanon community for decades to come. Bill, who has been an integral part of the Golden Lamb’s successes over the last 11 years, will remain a key advisor for the Golden Lamb.
