A New Season of Outdoor Dining
BEHIND THE SCENES AT THE GOLDEN LAMB
An exciting new season of outdoor dining is coming to the Golden Lamb’s Black Horse Tavern just in time for warmer weather!
A timely addition in the summer of 2019, the southern-style covered veranda was part of the renovation of the Black Horse Tavern—the Golden Lamb’s most significant undertaking since the opening of the Tavern in 1964. Little did we know then that less than a year later, outdoor dining would take on a new life, becoming a key feature in helping us ensure a safe dining environment for our guests amid the pandemic.
Since the veranda’s launch, we’ve made several enhancements to create a more comfortable atmosphere for our guests. These include heaters that make the space comfortable for diners even in our winter months!
Now, say bye to the bees, sharp winds, and glaring afternoon sun! We’re excited to share that we have added full wrap-around sunshades.
So, join us for lunch, dinner or happy hour and enjoy a comfortable experience outdoors any time! No reservations are needed—seating in the Black Horse Tavern is first come-first serve.
Even on the chilliest of April days, it’s spring on our veranda!
