Meet the Flock: Our 2025 Grads

Since 1803, we’ve been a gathering place. With that legacy comes a whole host of wonderful personalities who have helped make the Golden Lamb what it is today. As we tell stories of our past, we also want to bring you tales from the legends of our present!
This summer, we are honored to celebrate several graduating high school and college seniors! Alyssa, Sydney, Hailey, Sophia, Austin, Kate, True, Luke, and Bryson have all brought something special to our Golden Lamb team!
We invited them to share their upcoming plans and tell their Golden Lamb stories. Take a moment to get to know these remarkable graduates and join us in congratulating them as they embark on the next chapter of their lives!
Meet Alyssa
After graduation, Alyssa will be heading to cosmetology school! During her 10+ months at the Golden Lamb, she says the experience has taught her many things—including the fact that no matter how hard you try, you won’t always please everyone.
Meet Sydney
Sydney has been a part of the Golden Lamb team for more than six months. After graduation, he plans to head to the University of Cincinnati to study finance!
Sydney says his time at the Golden Lamb has taught him the importance of making every guest feel welcomed, heard, and prioritized. He’s learned that creating a great first impression can shape the entire guest experience—and believes those same skills will serve him well in a future corporate setting.
Meet Hailey
After graduation, Hailey will be heading to the University of Cincinnati to study business! Working at the Golden Lamb for more than nine months has taught her valuable interpersonal skills, which she will take with her to college and her future profession.
Meet Sophia
Though Sophia has only been working with us for a few weeks, she says she has already learned so from the Golden Lamb, including how to manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
After graduation, she plans to head to the University of Cincinnati to study mechanical engineering!
Meet Luke
After graduation, Luke will be heading to the University of Toledo to study Pharmacy! After working with us for more than 1.5 years, he’s learned many skills—such as working as a team, working under stress, customer service, and LOTS of great cooking skills!
Meet Bryson
Bryson has been part of the Golden Lamb team for three years! He says his time has taught him how to work hard, and how to keep a positive attitude while doing so. After graduation, he plans to head to the University of Cincinnati to study mechanical engineering.
Meet True
After graduation, True plans to continue working to save up for her goal of becoming a tattoo artist. Working at the Golden Lamb for more than a year has taught her the importance of hard work, and how it always pays off.
