Dinner with History: Mark Twain

Golden Lamb continues its Dinner with History series at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 21 with a night dedicated to Mark Twain, who visited the Golden Lamb in the late 1850's. To reserve your seat, please contact the Golden Lamb at (513) 932-5065.

Dinner with History: Mark Twain will feature a four-course menu filled with Mark Twain’s favorite dishes, along with an appearance from Mark Twain impersonator Curtis O’Dell, who will delight guests with his accurate resemblance to Twain. Throughout the meal, O’Dell will take guests back in time with engaging stories filled with Twain humor and insight. The menu includes:

FIRST

Petite sauerkraut balls with cocktail sauce, house mustard

Smoked trout toast with marble rye, dill cream cheese, tomato caper relish

SECOND

Mixed berry and goat cheese salad with mixed greens, raspberry vinaigrette, shaved almonds

THIRD

Prosciutto wrapped chicken roulade stuffed with roasted red peppers, spinach and Ohio Swiss cheese on a bed of ancient grains with local mushroom marsala jus

DESSERT

Dutch apple cobbler ala mode with Madisono’s bourbon gelato, bourbon caramel sauce
