Meet Chef Dennis Glosser
The Golden Lamb welcomed
Chef Dennis Glosser to the kitchen in 1992. After training for over
9 years under previous Chef Erwin Pfeil,
he was promoted to Sous Chef in 1996 and Executive Chef of the Golden
Lamb in April 2001. Having such “big” shoes to fill
would be a tremendous challenge for most. Chef Dennis Glosser made
it appear simple. Chef Glosser is a family man and enjoys fishing
on his day off.
